All schools must publish what additional support is available at their school for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is called the SEN Information Report.

It must include:

• What support for learning they can put in place.
• An annual SEN information report.
• Their process for identifying children with additional needs and what next steps will be taken.

The SEN Information Report should include contact details for the SENCo (special educational needs co-ordinator) and any other people in the school who may be relevant.
