This a fantastic opportunity for young persons from all backgrounds and locations who are NEET, offering them 3 days away from their normal setting to develop their employability skills and gain the opportunity to be shortlisted for one of our exciting work experience programmes and or an apprenticeship. Over the course of the 3 days the young people will engage in an array of experiential, outdoors activities helping them to:

• Leave feeling motivated and empowered
• Develop their confidence, communication and team building skills
• Benefit from mentoring from a WDI employee
• Gain an insight into a variety of different careers in Construction
• Hands on experience of construction
• Opportunity to gain work experience / apprenticeship opportunities upon completion of the course

This is a really great opportunity for young people from any background and requires no previous experience or qualifications - all expenses (travel from various locations, food, accommodation) are paid for by Willmott Dixon.
