Classes are for anyone wanting to have fun using movement and creative dance, with a bit of drama. Classes start with a warm-up that can be done either standing or sitting on a chair or wheelchair. Participants are encouraged to work together to create a dance and then share it with each other at the end of each class.
We are able to accommodate participants with challenging but not aggressive behaviour.
Carers and support workers are welcome. We ask them to participate. Please ask us for the support worker information leaflet in your first session.
