The Service:
We provide guidance and support to Traveller’s in Southwark. We provide support with benefits claims, criminal justice issues, housing, accessing education, accessing healthcare, and any other services. We act as a liaison between clients and council services.
Criteria for access to service
This is a universal service. We provide for all areas of need for Southwark Traveller's.
Accessibility of this service
Our office hours are 9am-4pm.
Clients can contact us by phone, email, social media or by attending our drop-in's.
How this is provided:

- Site visits every 3 months with Advising Communities

Southwark Council and Irish Government Emigrant Support Fund
Do you need to pay for this service?
This service is provided free of charge.
Confidentiality and Impartiality
The service is confidential and you will be asked for permission for us to speak with professionals on your behalf. This service is at arms length to the council, meaning that the advice we provide is completely impartial. We have a duty to report safeguarding issues if we feel the client or someone else is in immediate risk. This will generally be discussed with the client beforehand.

It is best to ring and make an appointment to make sure we can deal with the issue effectively and someone is available to speak with you.
