The team takes on many different roles including processing requesting for statutory assessment, conducting statutory assessment, attending annual reviews, oversee the transitions and placements and co-production/issuing of EHC plans

Who can access this service?

Parents, children and young people with Special Educational Needs or Disability aged 0-25 who are Southwark residents.

A child or young person must have a statement/EHC plan or are in the process of a statutory assessment
