Southwark's Community Harm and Exploitation Hub

Southwark's Community Harm and Exploitation Hub (CHEH) is a multiagency team that incorporates and builds upon the existing Southwark Anti Violence Unit (SAVU) team.

The role of the CHEH is to reduce and tackle safeguarding and exploitation issues for young people, vulnerable adults and their families in Southwark and commits to empower young people and families with the opportunities that they need to make positive choices and to stay away from crime and violence.

The CHEH works with a range of young people (14-25) and parents and carers that have been effected by or that are involve or at risk of being involved in: gangs, county lines, drugs, violence, human trafficking and modern slavery.
