The Service:

The G.R.O.W project aims to improve part-time employment opportunities for Southwark residents between the ages of 16-24 and to help support our young people to gain invaluable experience and to earn an income alongside their other responsibilities.

Support is offered on a one to one and confidential basis with a named advisor and is tailored to the individual’s needs.

  • Interview skills
  • Budgeting skills
  • Access to benefits advice & housing
  • Funding applications

Who is the service for?

Southwark residents aged 16-24 looking for part-time work of between 2-34 hours per week

  • Students
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Lone parents
  • Carers
  • Care leavers
  • NEETs
  • Those who have other responsibilities or commitments preventing them from accessing full-time work

The office is open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm but closed on Bank Holidays.
