Post-16 Transition Event - 16th October 2024

This event is for the families of young people with SEND (special educational needs and disabilities) living in Lambeth or Southwark, and parents/carers.  The focus will be on transition to adulthood.

Hear from a range of education, health and social care services, including Post-16 educational settings.

When: Wednesday 16th October 2024, 12pm-2:30pm (for Southwark families)

Where: 336 Centre, 336 Brixton Road, London, SW9 7AA
