Commissioned Services

A commissioned service is an external organisation e.g. charity which the Local Authority fund to provide a service to Southwark residents.

All commissioned services have their own complaints policy. Advice on how to make a complaint about a charity or other providers can be found at:

www.cqc.org.uk and www.charitycommission.gov.uk

It is still, however important that you feedback to Local Authority about the service you have received from a commissioned services as this will help inform what organisations are funded in future.
