Nisai Virtual Academy
Nisai Learning help young people overcome barriers to learning through its innovative and unique approach to providing a different way to learn. We work with Schools, Academies, Colleges, PRUs, Care Homes, Local Authorities and parents. Whether a student struggles due to barriers which are physical, emotional or learning-related, the student can find support with their learning needs from Key Stage 3 to A Level.
Who is the service for?
Young People with Special Educational Needs or Disability aged 13-19 who live in Southwark.
Criteria for access to service
We provide a service for a variety of different students who all have different needs. Nisai work with hard to reach young adults, specialising with students who have medical, behavioural or emotional issues.
While some students are with us full time we also have intervention support programmes to work alongside schools, such as a Nisai Learning Zones and Nisai Learning Hubs.
Accessibility of this service
We help students with a variety of different needs, and adapt our curriculum based online classes to the needs of that student.

There are various routes for funding, the most common being through the Local Authority.
Confidentiality and Impartiality
Our entire service has the strongest safeguarding encryptions and protections in place to ensure that our students are learning safely online. We also teach safe guarding courses to our learners, schools and authorities for a variety of issues including radicalisation.
