Type of service provided
We provide education, therapeutic intervention i.e. Counsellor, Educational Psychologist & pastoral support for students and families. We support students with or without Education Health and Care Plans (EHCP) between the ages of 11 - 16
Curriculum – We offer a broad and balanced curriculum for all students, including accredited courses such as GCSEs (based on assessment criteria) Level 1 & 2 courses and Entry Level courses.
Our classes are small (max 5 students per year group), this is to ensure that individual needs are met.
Pastoral – We have a strong pastoral team, which includes a counsellor to promote student’s well-being and an Educational Psychologist to assess students learning needs and help promote positive learning behaviour.
Personal – We strongly believe in encouraging individual creativity, so we aim to support all students in finding their interests/passions and working towards a goal to achieve their aspirations.
Work-related learning – We offer KS4 students the opportunity of work-experience placements on a weekly basis so that they are developing and improving their employability skills
