Big Local Works exists to help improve the lives of local people in South Bermondsey
Our goal is to build local people’s economic resilience, reduce poverty and its effects, and support people to become more financially independent.
Big Local Works provides essential Benefits and Welfare support and information. We offer a confidential 1-2-1 service for support with:
Universal Credit, PIP, ESA, DLA, Freedom Pass. We also attend Assessment Centres and Benefit Tribunal Hearings

Big Local Works is also an enterprise hub that supports local social entrepreneurs. We are now running ‘Make it Blue’ Start-up Markets and training programme at the Blue Market.
