South East London Mind provides the following mental health services in the London borough of Southwark.  

 

  • Black River counselling is a free online service supporting people of Black African/African-Caribbean heritage during these challenging times.

  • Low Cost Counselling offers people a private, confidential and safe space to work through a problem on a one-to-one basis with a trained professional.

  • The Southwark Women’s Forum is a monthly support group facilitated by and for women who have experienced or are experiencing challenges with their mental health.

  • Being Dad group for new or expectant dads and men who and care for children under two years old.

  • Mindful Mums offers award-winning, free wellbeing groups that help pregnant women and new parents look after their mental and emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and their baby’s first year.

  • Oasis Outreach and Support offers advice and support for people, aged 14-35, who are having psychological and emotional problems, including anxiety and depression, disturbed patterns of sleeping or eating, confused or muddled thinking, hallucinations, struggling to cope at school, college or work.
