The Service:
We offer support and personal development for people recovering from difficulties with their mental health. We also have a health club for same group

Age Range: 18 - upwards

Criteria for access to service:
Personal budgets, some service free for those who have had their application for a PB rejected

How can I access this service?
Referral from GP, support worker, CMHT or self referral.

How is this service funded?
Charity and personal budget payments.

Yes, this is a confidential service.
