OASIS is an outreach and support service that offers advice and support for people, aged 14- 35, who are having psychological and emotional problems. for more information please click here.


Southwark Wellbeing Hub

The wellbeing hub is a service that can provide information, support and navigation when you are concerned over your own mental health or the mental health of someone else. The service run drop-ins and pop-ups but can also provide information and support via telephone, text and email. Please find below the contact details for the hub;

Opening Hours: 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday (Drop-Ins: 12pm- 5pm, Monday to Friday)

Time To Change

Time to Change is England's biggest programme to challenge mental health stigma and discrimination.
They are an anti-stigma campaign run by the leading mental health charities Mind and Rethink Mental Illness.
Their aim is to start a conversation or hopefully thousands of conversations about mental health.
